Kaitlyn Hankerd is a Staff Accountant at SignValue, where she helps with the company’s financial operations, reporting, and portfolio management. She works closely with SignValue’s brokers, advisors, and operations team to keep accurate financial records, improve accounting methods, and provide reliable financial information for both the company and its clients.

Prior to joining SignValue, Kaitlyn gained experience in accounting and finance in the nonprofit education, travel, and automotive fields. Her work includes financial reporting, payroll, managing bills and payments, balancing accounts, and improving processes. She is especially interested in using data and technology to simplify financial tasks. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Wayne State University and is currently working on a master's in Business Analytics at Franklin University.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, exploring Arizona, playing video games, and taking on new creative projects.
